ABOUT THE INSPECTOR

Ilie is the founder and principal home inspector for BLUE LOOP INSPECTIONS, serving the Greater Vancouver Area in British Columbia. He has extensive experience in all aspects of home inspection for condos, townhomes, duplexes, and single-family homes. As a Certified Professional Inspector by  InterNACHI® , the world’s largest trade organization for residential inspection and commercial property inspectors, he ensures thorough assessments for all types of properties.

Ilie has enjoyed over a decade in the construction and property development industry. His diverse experience includes roles as a flooring contractor project manager, college instructor, structural engineer, and general contractor. 

He holds a Master's degree in Architectural Engineering from PennState University, along with a Civil Engineering degree from the University of the Philippines. 

Born and raised in the Philippines, and having lived in The Netherlands, Taiwan, and the US, Ilie's personal background has provided him with a broader appreciation for different cultures and experiences. Together with his wife and lovely daughter, they moved to Canada in 2022.
