ABOUT THE INSPECTOR
ILIE JAVIER License #88231
Ilie is the founder and principal inspector for BLUE LOOP INSPECTIONS, serving the Greater Vancouver Area in British Columbia. He has experience in all aspects of residential inspection for condos, townhomes, duplex and single family homes. He is certified by InterNACHI, the world’s largest trade organization of residential and commercial property inspectors.
Background
Ilie has enjoyed over a decade in the construction and property development industry. He also worked as a flooring contractor, college instructor, structural engineer and a general contractor.
He holds a Master's degree in Architectural Engineering from PennState University, as well as a Civil Engineering degree from the University of the Philippines.
Born and raised in the Philippines and having lived in The Netherlands, Taiwan and in the US, his personal background has given him a wider appreciation of different cultures and experiences. Together with his wife and lovely daughter, we moved to Canada in 2022.
